    I recently tried the ice cream at Mr. Puff and it was absolutely delicious! So tasty, fresh, and creamy – every bite was a treat. The flavors were rich and satisfying, making it a perfect dessert experience. Highly recommended for all ice cream lovers!

    The puffs were super fresh and drenched in their glaze! We got the Bueno and biscotti chocolate glaze with some ice cream. Also got a syringe since when we visited the sauga location they were pretty scarce with sauce. Would definitely recommend!

    I love taking these to work, but I must admit it is very hard to not dip into them before getting them there. Always warm and fresh, the smell is heavenly! I usualy order on Skip, but tonight I visited the store to order.... very impressed with the cleanliness. I'd give them an extra 5 stars for how clean their equipment and work surfaces are, if I could. Very pleased!

    tried this place for the first time after many years of wanting it. used the ubereats buy-one-get-one free deal so my friend and i each got 12 puffs, we added on three glaze syringes (so you can stuff the little dough puffs yourself) and they definitely did not disappoint! there's many different flavours for everyone's palate, and the staff were super polite and accomodating. i hope to return in the near future! once my sweet tooth is this strong again lol

    Edit: After talking with a gentlemen from Mr. Puffs, he extended his generosity and service to us. The issue was fixed and the second time back is one to remember. The service was amazing and the food top notch. I have included photos of our second visit. Got Choco-Strawberry, Choco-Bueno and Salted Caramel. Will definitely be coming back! *First Review* First time going in and not sure I would return. The wife and I decided to get a 30 box with Cookies n' Cream and Blueberry Cheesecake. I really wish we tried one in store and not wait the 5 minute drive home as they were so over cooked, we ended up throwing out most of them as they were not enjoyable and inedible from how tough they were. The lady dropped a batch into the fryer and then proceeded to talk with her co-worker. About 3-4 minutes later she dropped another batch into the one that was already cooking. Then proceeded to play with them for another couple of minutes and then dropped down the grate. Even the other co-worker mentioned something and then part of them got thrown out. They were so overcooked that they were hollow on the inside not to mention absolutely soaked in oil. Not sure we would try again as that cost us almost 20 and had to throw out so much (roughly 16 out of 30). Not to mention how unfriendly the lady was who dealt with us and the 5 minute wait that ended up being 20 minutes. Very disappointed as our excitement was super high for trying these. Hope others have a better experience.

    Sooooooo yummy! And sooooo addictive! I recently got to experience this taste and now I can't go back! The Choco-Loco is my fav by far! But the Bueno is sooo good too. Strawberry cheesecake as well....definitely going to try to eat as many different flavours as possible! I'm not sure I'd enjoy sitting down there to eat...the area seems sorta sparse I feel (I'm only talking about the Hamilton location). However, I'd get takeout from there everyday if I could LOL

    I recently tried Mr. Puff, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was so tasty and fresh—I’d definitely recommend it to everyone. The flavors were on point, and the service was great. I’ll for sure be coming back again soon! Must-try spot!

    Went in a couple nights ago to celebrate and got a 50 pack of puffs. They were made so fresh and tasted so good. The kids loved the Cinnabon topping. Nutella was insane awesome and the sugared ones so classic. We also had a chocolate and vanilla milkshake which tasted great. Thanks for the great service. Store was also very clean. Kids liked watching the lady make the puffs.
